CloudPaw is a Canadian technology company founded by six partners united by both expertise and vision. Each of us has spent years working in the realm of agent-facing technologies, building, deploying, and supporting systems that power modern customer engagement. Through this shared journey, we recognized a recurring and pressing challenge: the fragmentation of agent tools. Telephony lived in one silo, chat in another, help desk software in yet another — each powerful in isolation, but collectively creating friction, inefficiency, and barriers to excellence.
From that realization came a unifying vision: to integrate and streamline all agent technologies into a cohesive ecosystem, one that enables agents to operate with clarity, speed, and confidence.
